Meghan Markle Sends Prince Harry a Blunt Message After King Charles Reported Snub Leaves Duke Heartbroken

Meghan Markle has reportedly urged Prince Harry to take responsibility for the ongoing royal rift and stop waiting for the Royal Family to make the first move after another disappointing chapter in his attempts to rebuild relations with King Charles.
The Duke of Sussex is said to have been left heartbroken after reportedly receiving a disappointing reception from his father during his latest return to Britain, with hopes of a warmer welcome failing to materialise.
Harry had reportedly hoped to make progress towards repairing his fractured relationship with the monarch. Instead, the experience is said to have left him feeling sidelined and disappointed.
However, behind closed doors, Meghan is reportedly taking a firmer position as frustration over the continuing family tensions grows.
An insider close to the couple claims the Duchess had anticipated that rebuilding relations with the Royal Family would not be an easy process and had previously encouraged her husband to make every effort to move forward.
But the repeated disappointments are said to have taken an emotional toll on Meghan, who reportedly feels exhausted by the seemingly endless cycle of royal drama and rejection.
While she is said to understand Harry’s hurt, the Duchess allegedly believes her husband now needs to confront the reality of the situation rather than continue hoping for a different response from the Palace. Her reported message to him is straightforward: “own the decision instead of living with regret.”
Harry had been determined to repair his fractured family relationships, particularly with King Charles, despite the difficulties that have followed the Sussexes’ departure from their senior royal positions in 2020.
The Duke has previously spoken publicly about his desire to reconcile with his family, making it clear that the breakdown in relations has remained a deeply personal issue.
Nevertheless, the reported lack of progress has raised fresh questions about whether Harry’s hopes of restoring his relationship with his father can be realised.
Meghan is now said to want her husband to take greater control of the situation instead of repeatedly expecting the Palace to initiate reconciliation.
Rather than allowing every disappointing encounter to reopen old wounds, the Duchess reportedly believes Harry must decide how he wants to approach the future.
The change in her alleged position suggests that she may be increasingly focused on finding a way forward instead of remaining caught in the emotional fallout of the royal dispute.
For Harry, however, the challenge remains particularly complicated. Rebuilding family relationships requires cooperation from both sides, and his hopes of reconciliation cannot depend on his efforts alone.
Whether the Duke will take a different approach following the latest reported disappointment remains to be seen, but the continuing royal rift appears far from resolved.
