Sarah Ferguson Shares First Message After UK Return as She Begins New Chapter With Princess Beatrice and Eugenie

Sarah Ferguson has shared a reassuring update about her life in UK after making her first public appearance in months alongside Princess Beatrice and Princess Eugenie.

The former Duchess of York attended the memorial service for her longtime friend and former boyfriend, Paddy McNally, in London, marking a notable return to public view following a difficult period.

Her appearance sparked fresh questions about her plans after reports of personal and professional setbacks, but her spokesperson has now offered an insight into how she is approaching the next stage of her life.

Speaking to People, Ferguson’s representative confirmed that she is settling back into the UK while keeping a relatively low profile.

“She’s resettling here, lying low while she looks at the next stage,” the spokesperson explained.

The representative added that Sarah is happy to spend time with her family and concentrate on making her relocation as smooth as possible.

It is understood that the former Duchess is renting a property in the Home Counties, the areas surrounding London, as she establishes her new living arrangements.

Her return also appears to have given her an opportunity to spend more time with her two daughters, Beatrice and Eugenie.

Sarah is reportedly enjoying being closer to her family, particularly her grandchildren, who remain an important part of her life.

Her spokesperson confirmed that she is embracing family life and making the most of the opportunity to see her grandchildren more regularly.

The update offers a glimpse into Sarah’s priorities as she considers what comes next, with no major public commitments announced so far.

Questions have also continued about her relationship with her former husband, Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor, following reports that their living arrangements and personal circumstances have changed.

Despite speculation that Andrew had shut Sarah out of his home, her representative indicated that the pair remain on cordial terms.

“They have an ongoing cordial and supportive relationship as co-parents and co-grandparents,” the spokesperson said.

Their continued communication reflects the family connection they have maintained despite their divorce in 1996 and the separate challenges they have faced.

For now, Sarah appears focused on rebuilding her routine in Britain, spending time with her daughters and grandchildren, and deciding what direction her life will take next.
