Queen Camilla Reportedly Open to Meeting Prince Harry and His Children Despite Past Criticism

Queen Camilla is reportedly willing to meet Prince Harry, Meghan Markle, Prince Archie, and Princess Lilibet despite the Duke of Sussex’s previous public criticism of her. According to royal expert Katie Nicholl, the Queen would welcome the opportunity to see her step-grandchildren if a family meeting with King Charles were to take place.

Prince Harry is currently in the United Kingdom for a series of engagements promoting the Invictus Games Birmingham 2027. The Duke arrived in Britain alone after ongoing security concerns and accommodation issues reportedly altered the Sussex family’s original travel plans.

Earlier reports suggested Meghan Markle and the couple’s two children could accompany Harry on the visit. However, those plans reportedly changed as discussions surrounding security arrangements continued.

As a result, Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet remained in California while Harry traveled to Britain. Their absence has reduced the chances of a wider family reunion during the Duke’s latest visit.

Speaking on The Royals Uncensored podcast, royal expert Katie Nicholl shared new claims about Queen Camilla’s position. According to Nicholl, the Queen would be happy to participate in a meeting involving King Charles, Prince Harry, and the Sussex family.

Nicholl said she had spoken with a source close to Queen Camilla while discussing whether the Queen would attend such a meeting. Given Harry’s previous comments about his stepmother, she admitted she expected Camilla to keep her distance.

However, the royal expert said she was surprised to learn that the Queen reportedly remains open to the idea. According to the source, Camilla would like the opportunity to meet her step-grandchildren if circumstances allow.

The reported willingness comes despite years of tension between Prince Harry and Queen Camilla. Their relationship has remained under public scrutiny following Harry’s departure from royal duties and subsequent interviews.

In his memoir Spare, Prince Harry made several critical comments about Queen Camilla and her relationship with King Charles. He also referred to her as the “other woman” in the breakdown of his parents’ marriage.

Those remarks were widely reported and were believed to have further strained relations within the royal family. Since then, speculation has continued over whether reconciliation between Harry and senior royals is possible.

According to Nicholl’s comments, Queen Camilla’s reported openness suggests she is placing family relationships ahead of past disagreements. The claims indicate she may be willing to move forward for the sake of King Charles and the younger members of the family.

Despite the latest reports, Buckingham Palace has not publicly commented on whether any private family meeting is planned. Likewise, the Sussexes have not responded to the claims surrounding Camilla’s reported willingness.

Whether a reunion ultimately takes place remains uncertain as Harry continues his engagements in Britain. Security concerns and busy royal schedules continue to complicate any potential family gathering.

For now, the latest comments have fueled fresh speculation that Queen Camilla may be more open to reconciliation than previously believed. If such a meeting were to happen, it could represent a small but significant step toward easing long-standing tensions within the royal family.
