Princess Beatrice’s Husband Edo Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi Shares Lavish New London Home

Princess Beatrice’s husband Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi has offered a glimpse at an impressive new London property through his luxury property business, as the couple reportedly returns to using their royal residence amid ongoing attention surrounding their living arrangements.

Beatrice and Edo are understood to be spending more time at their grace-and-favour home in London because of their children’s schooling, while continuing to maintain their family home in the Cotswolds.

The arrangement has attracted attention following reports that King Charles has been covering costs associated with the royal property from his personal funds, allowing the family to use the residence while balancing their commitments between London and the countryside.

Edo, meanwhile, appears focused on his successful property career. The developer is currently reported to be on a business trip in the United States but has continued sharing updates connected with Banda, the luxury property company he founded.

His company recently showcased a lavish London residence featuring a combination of modern and traditional interior design, providing followers with another look at the type of high-end properties associated with Edo’s business.

The residence is located in Westminster and was presented with the description: “Where tradition, heritage and contemporary living meet,” highlighting the combination of historic character and contemporary design featured throughout the property.

The update concluded with the words “Coming Soon,” suggesting another significant project is approaching for Banda as Edo continues expanding his work within the competitive luxury property sector.

Edo also reacted to the update through his personal social media account, leaving a fire emoji beneath the post in an apparent show of enthusiasm for the latest residence being showcased by his company.

Despite the eye-catching London property, it is not being presented as a new personal home for Beatrice and Edo. The couple themselves reportedly maintain their main family residence in the Cotswolds alongside their daughters, Sienna and Athena.

Edo’s 10-year-old son Christopher “Wolfie” Mapelli Mozzi, whom he shares with former partner Dara Huang, also spends time with the family under their joint-custody arrangement. Beatrice has affectionately referred to Wolfie as her “bonus son.”

The children’s education reportedly plays an important role in the family’s current living arrangements. Wolfie and Sienna attend school near St James’s Palace in London, making access to the couple’s royal residence particularly convenient during the school term.

As a result, Beatrice and Edo are understood to divide their time between their Cotswolds home and the London royal property rather than permanently relocating to one residence, and there is currently no indication that arrangement will change soon.

The family’s use of the royal residence may continue attracting scrutiny because of questions surrounding its costs. However, the latest update from Edo’s business demonstrates that his professional attention remains firmly focused on developing and presenting luxury properties.

With Banda teasing another Westminster project as “Coming Soon,” Edo appears to have plenty keeping him occupied professionally. While Beatrice and Edo continue splitting their family life between London and the Cotswolds, his latest lavish property reveal signals another potentially important development for his business.
