An insider claimed the Duchess carefully plans her appearance before heading out, choosing accessories that they believe help her avoid public attention.
“She doesn’t want anyone to recognise her. Everything is carefully planned. The wig, the hat, the glasses—she believes it’s the only way she can move around unnoticed,” the source reportedly said.
The fresh claims come after Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s recent trip to Britain, during which the Sussexes reunited with King Charles and Queen Camilla following years apart.
Reports surrounding the reunion suggested King Charles wanted details of the family meeting to remain private, with both sides reportedly avoiding public discussion about what took place behind closed doors.
According to the insider, Meghan became even more determined to keep a low profile after the UK visit and has reportedly made disguises part of her regular routine.
“Now she almost never leaves the house without some kind of disguise,” the source claimed, adding that hats, oversized sunglasses and even wigs are reportedly part of her approach.

The report compared the Duchess’ alleged approach to that of pop icon Michael Jackson, who was well known for using disguises during public outings.
“At this point, the disguise is probably attracting more attention than her face would,” the insider reportedly added while discussing Meghan’s reported efforts to stay out of the spotlight.
