Prince Harry and Meghan Markle Plan Six More UK Appearances After Warm Welcome in Nottingham

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have finally seen what they always believed was true that Britons still love them and they are reportedly planning six more royal style appearances over the next six months after their Nottingham visit
According to a new claim shared by Rob Shuter, the couple are eager to build on the attention surrounding their recent visit, which brought them face-to-face with well-wishers during their latest UK appearance.
The report suggests Nottingham served as a test of how the Sussexes might be received if they continued making public visits connected to charitable causes and community work.
“ The Duke and Duchess of Sussex are plotting six more quasi-royal appearances over the next six months,” sources reportedly told Shuter, describing what they claimed was the couple’s next move.
“Nottingham was the test, and they believe they passed with flying colours. The crowds cheered, the photographs looked fantastic, and Harry and Meghan are absolutely delighted. It’s full speed ahead,” the source added.
The claims have reignited discussion about Harry’s long-standing public image and whether he hopes to recover some of the affection he enjoyed among sections of the British public before stepping back from royal duties with Meghan in 2020.
However, the reported plans remain unconfirmed, and there has been no official announcement detailing six further visits or establishing that the couple intend to resume royal duties.
The Sussexes’ Nottingham appearance nevertheless prompted sharply different reactions, with supporters viewing the welcome as evidence that the couple can still attract public interest in Britain.
Others questioned the significance of the turnout, with reports suggesting around 100 well-wishers gathered to see them. Critics argued that the crowd was too small to draw sweeping conclusions about the couple’s popularity nationwide.
Yet crowd sizes at individual engagements do not necessarily provide a reliable measure of a royal or public figure’s overall standing. Attendance can depend on the location, the nature of an event and how widely it has been publicised.
Even Prince William and Princess Catherine can attract relatively modest crowds during routine engagements, while Princess Anne regularly attends smaller charity events that receive less public attention.
For that reason, the number of people who greeted Harry and Meghan in Nottingham cannot, by itself, establish whether public attitudes towards the couple have changed significantly.
The reported six-visit plan would nonetheless give the Sussexes further opportunities to connect with people in Britain, should the appearances go ahead.
It could also keep the couple in the spotlight as their public work outside the Royal Family continues to develop, although the format and timing of any future UK visits remain unclear.
For now, the Nottingham reception has sparked fresh speculation about what comes next for Harry and Meghan. Whether it signals a broader shift in public sentiment or simply one well-received appearance will depend on what happens next, rather than on unconfirmed plans alone.
