Meghan Markle Puts Royal Rift Aside as Special Update Reveals Her New UK Routine

Meghan Markle appears to be focusing on settling into her new UK routine rather than becoming consumed by ongoing royal tensions, with a fresh report revealing the Duchess of Sussex has become a regular at reformer Pilates classes in Oxfordshire.

The Duchess is said to have embraced the wellness activity at Soho Farmhouse, the exclusive private members’ retreat popular with celebrities and other high-profile guests.

According to The Sun, Meghan has been attending classes inside the venue’s Wellness Barn as she and Prince Harry establish a new chapter of their family life in Britain.

The activity reportedly gives Meghan an opportunity to exercise, unwind and develop new friendships away from the intense public attention that has followed the Sussexes since their return.

“Meghan absolutely loves reformer pilates,” a source told the publication. “It’s a great way for her to unwind as well as make new friends in the area.”

The insider suggested the Duchess is no longer merely an occasional visitor and has instead made the classes part of her regular routine.

“Meghan has become a regular at the classes inside the Wellness Barn, and she’s chatty and polite,” the source continued.

Despite Meghan’s global profile and the considerable attention surrounding her return to Britain, other members reportedly avoid making a fuss about having the Duchess in their classes.

“Everyone in the classes gives her space,” the insider explained. “It’s a very tranquil setting, and no one wants to disturb her peace.”

Soho Farmhouse has long attracted famous guests seeking greater privacy in the Oxfordshire countryside. Membership reportedly costs around £4,500, reinforcing its reputation as an exclusive retreat.

The reported routine provides another glimpse into how Meghan is adjusting to everyday life in Britain after spending years primarily based in California with Harry, Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet.

Her return has coincided with renewed attention on the Sussexes’ relationship with King Charles, Prince William and the wider Royal Family. Reports have also continued to speculate about whether Harry’s improved contact with his father could eventually ease some longstanding family tensions.

However, Meghan’s latest activities suggest her immediate attention also remains on establishing a comfortable family and social routine rather than publicly engaging with every development surrounding the royal rift.

There is no indication that her Pilates sessions themselves have any connection to relations with the Royal Family. Instead, the report portrays Meghan as quietly building a community around her new British life while maintaining the privacy she has repeatedly sought.

With Archie and Lilibet settling into their own routine and Harry balancing his commitments in Britain, Meghan appears to be carving out personal space as well. Her reported regular appearances at Soho Farmhouse suggest that, away from the headlines about reconciliation and royal tensions, the Duchess is increasingly finding her own rhythm in the UK.
