Lady Louise Windsor Ready for Exciting New Chapter as Engagement Speculation Grows

Lady Louise Windsor could be preparing for an exciting new chapter following her graduation from the University with fresh speculation suggesting her relationship with boyfriend has become increasingly serious and could eventually lead to an engagement.

The daughter of Prince Edward and Duchess Sophie recently gave her parents another proud moment by completing her studies at St Andrews, the Scottish university famously attended by her cousin Prince William and Princess Kate.

Louise’s university years may also have delivered a love story of her own. She has been linked with Felix, whom she reportedly met during her time at St Andrews, and their relationship has attracted growing attention.

According to New Idea, sources close to the situation claim the young couple have become serious enough to discuss what their future together could look like beyond university.

“Louise and Felix are very serious about their relationship and talking about their future together, from having kids to buying a house,” an insider told the publication.

The source claimed graduation had been an important milestone for the pair, with discussions about their longer-term plans deliberately kept relatively quiet while they concentrated on completing their studies.

Now that Louise has graduated, however, speculation surrounding the possibility of an engagement has intensified, potentially marking another significant change for the Duke and Duchess of Edinburgh’s family.

“This isn’t just some university romance,” the insider claimed. “Louise and Felix are in a love bubble and can’t imagine life without each other.”

The source further alleged that “all talk of an official engagement was hushed up until after they graduate,” suggesting the couple wanted to finish university before considering such a major personal step.

Felix is the son of British solicitor Jonathan Charles William da Silva-Clamp and also reportedly has strong connections to Australia through his mother, Kendall Clamp.

Despite the growing engagement chatter, there has been no official announcement from Louise, Felix, the Edinburghs or Buckingham Palace confirming that the couple are engaged or that a proposal is imminent.

Louise has generally maintained a comparatively private life despite being the granddaughter of Queen Elizabeth II. Unlike her parents, she is not currently a working member of the Royal Family and has been able to pursue her education largely outside the intense spotlight surrounding senior royals.

Her graduation therefore represents a significant transition regardless of what happens in her relationship. The 22-year-old now has the opportunity to decide what direction she wants her professional and personal life to take after leaving St Andrews.

For Edward and Sophie, any future engagement would undoubtedly represent another major family milestone. For now, however, talk of a wedding remains speculation based on unnamed sources. What is clear is that Louise has completed one important chapter of her life and attention is already turning towards what the popular young royal will choose to do next.
