Meghan Markle Reportedly Supports Prince Harry Amid Major Challenges

Meghan Markle is reportedly standing firmly beside Prince Harry as the couple prepares for a possible return to the United Kingdom with Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet. Reports suggest the Duchess of Sussex has shifted her focus while dealing with continuing challenges involving her lifestyle brand, As Ever.

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are expected to travel to Britain for activities linked to the Invictus Games. The trip is also believed to be important for the Sussexes personally as they consider how the public may respond to their temporary return to the UK.

According to reports, Meghan has adjusted some of her professional priorities while supporting Prince Harry’s charitable commitments and public plans. Royal commentators believe recent setbacks connected to her business venture may have influenced this change in approach.

The Duchess of Sussex has reportedly continued facing difficulties securing full trademark protection for her As Ever brand within the United States. The process has reportedly remained unresolved nearly two years after the original application was first submitted.

Recent documents cited by reports suggested that Meghan received a second six-month extension from the United States Patent and Trademark Office. The extension reportedly allows additional time to finalize the trademark application for her lifestyle company.

According to the notice, extension requests must continue being filed every six months until the application process is completed. Failure to do so could reportedly result in the trademark application being officially abandoned.

One of the major complications reportedly involves a conflict with ASEVER, a Chinese clothing company already operating under a similar name. The similarity between the names reportedly created legal difficulties for Meghan’s trademark application.

As a result, Meghan Markle’s legal team was reportedly forced to revise the filing. Reports claimed they removed all clothing-related categories from the application in order to continue pursuing trademark protection for the remaining products.

Despite the challenges in the United States, Meghan’s lifestyle brand has reportedly achieved success internationally. The Duchess has already secured multiple trademark approvals across several countries outside the American market.

According to reports, Australia approved 12 separate trademarks connected to As Ever. These trademarks reportedly cover a wide range of products, including homeware, skincare, stationery, candles, jewellery, and food-related items.

The As Ever brand has also reportedly received trademark protection in Canada, New Zealand, Mexico, and the United Kingdom. These international approvals are seen as important milestones for Meghan’s growing business ambitions.

The brand itself emerged after Meghan rebranded her earlier project, American Riviera Orchard. While the rebranding aimed to create a fresh identity for the venture, reports suggest the transition has not been entirely smooth.

Royal observers believe Meghan’s growing support for Prince Harry’s plans reflects the couple’s continued focus on balancing personal projects with public responsibilities. Harry’s Invictus Games work remains one of the most important causes shared by the Sussex family.

As Meghan Markle continues addressing business challenges while preparing for the UK trip, public interest in the Sussexes remains extremely strong. Whether through charity work, royal discussions, or business ventures, the couple continues to attract worldwide attention at every step.
