Princess Kate’s heartfelt words about Princess Lilibet have resurfaced as Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s return to the UK raises fresh hopes of a long-awaited royal family reunion.
The Prince and Princess of Wales are understood to have never met Harry and Meghan’s daughter, who was born in California in June 2021, following the Sussexes’ departure from Britain and their decision to establish their family life in the United States.
When Lilibet was born, Kate was asked by reporters about the newest addition to the Royal Family and whether she had already met the baby girl. The Princess of Wales made clear that she had not yet had the opportunity to meet her niece.
